Over the weekend I escaped to Northern Arizona with a couple of girlfriends for some rest and recharge in the town of Payson. We hung out in a really cool old cabin, went hiking, ate at diners, had a lot of girl talk and even did a little photoshoot. Pretty much a perfect weekend :)

Weekend In The Woods

Inspiration: Alfonse Van Besten's Flower Girls
Recently I came across a post on the Sally Jane Vintage blog about Autochromes, a very early color photography process. I'm completely in love with these images by Belgium Autochromist Alfonse Van Besten taken in the very early 1900s. The coloring is absolutely breathtaking....
