Over the weekend we took a very short but much needed mini vacay to Los Angeles. It was really nice to get out of the crazy heat and just be a beach bum for a little bit. Highlights of the weekend included lunch at Wurstkuche, midnight crepes, soaking up the sun at Venice beach and people watching on the Santa Monica Pier. Pretty much a perfect weekend :)
