Inspiration: Back to the Future by Irina Werning

I absolutely love this project "Back to the Future" by Buenos Aires photographer Irina Werning.

"I love old photos. I admit being a nosey photographer. As soon as I step into someone else’s house, I start sniffing for them. Most of us are fascinated by their retro look but to me, it’s imagining how people would feel and look like if they were to reenact them today... A few months ago, I decided to actually do this. So, with my camera, I started inviting people to go back to their future."

What an incredible idea executed with the amazing attention to detail. I love it! I personally have fun making modern day photos look vintage by the methods of using film, vintage cameras, cheating by editing colors and photo style in photoshop, and of course dressing people up in vintage attire and finding vintage and/or timeless backdrops. This project really wants me to go back through my childhood photos and do a recreation for myself.........
