Something I love almost as much as vintage clothing, are vintage books and magazines! I have quite a growing collection ranging from topics of beauty, fashion, art, culture, music, psychology, and interior design. What a mix! I love to look through old books especially from the 60s/70s because so much social change and movement was happening.
The images above are from one of my favorite books in my vintage book collection published in 1972 called "Discover a Lovelier You". There are some incredible images and ideas throughout on what it means to be beautiful and what it means to be a woman. Here’s an excerpt from the forward:
