What I Wore: Flower Lady
This is one of my all time favorite vintage dresses. I found it at Buffalo Exchange a couple of years ago when I was looking for an outfit to wear to a big art show I had coming up. I absolutely love the color and cut. Makes me feel like such a lady!
Hope everyone is having an excellent weekend! I've had quite a busy one filled with lots of friends and fun times. Friday night I went to a What Laura Says Thinks and Feels show at the Crescent Ballroom which was INCREDIBLE. Last night went to another Gospel Lee show and took a TON of photos as his official photographer. Then went to see "The Artist" which was an incredible silent film about silent films. Super rad, I highly recommend. Finished off the evening with some of my favorite people at SideBar. A pretty wonderful weekend if you ask me :-)

This is so adorable! I love anything from the 60s, everything is so happy and colorful! I love all the flowers you have with you too :)
ReplyDeleteThanks Tonya! It's rare that I am without flowers in my hair ha :) This time I have a floral dress and am holding a flower. You can never have too many flowers though, right? :)

I love silent films. Is this a new silent film that you had seen? I adore the colors and style of the dress you're wearing here!
ReplyDeleteVictoria,if you love silent films I highly recommend The Artist. It's a modern day silent film currently in theaters that is set in the late 1920s when silent films were transitioning into sound and dialogue.
ReplyDeletesounds awesome. Reminds me a little of a Dick Van Dyke film I saw once where he portrayed an actor who was transitioning. Thanks. I'll look into it.
